This review is not about the Tire Carrier, I believe it is well made but way over priced even as discounted by RVCampChamp.

However, I want to say how impressed I am with RVcampChamp's Tom George. From the first time I called and he answered, Tom came across as sincere and professional, just exactly as I would have expected. What did not expect over the next month or so why my order was being manufactured is that he would actually continue and follow up as he stated. That just does not happen today as Professionalism is generally DEAD. This guy was the epitome of Customer Service. Additionally, I will contact Tom when I need anything for my RV in the future
