Watch out for the free shipping claim on the website. If an item is heavy they will call and inform you there is a freight charge. In my case I called them first because I did not believe a 5th wheel hitch would sell with free freight. I never received an email stated the item shipped and supplied a tracking number. I had to call to get that information and every time I called or chat I got Tom.  When I called to get shipping information Tom told me I would receive the product in 3 weeks. That really angered me why were not all these details disseminated up front? My experience with freight company's turnaround is about 7 to 10 days. When I was able to track the shipment it arrived in approximately 9 days NOT three weeks! This operation clearly has problems they need to resolve. All my dissatisfaction could have been avoided simply by stating the truth on their website.
