I've had the Turnoverball in my last 3 trucks. I'm not mechanical in the least, but I installed all 3 myself. I also have the Tow & Stow and Companion. B&W makes quality items and I will not buy another brand of the trailer hitch. I've never had the need for their customer service, but I've had a couple of friends who told me it is top notch. Keep up the good work.

We have been installing your product onto our customers trucks for about 10 years now. We used to carry about 3 different 5th wheel hitches but have now dropped them all to carry the B&W exclusively. The product is well researched, bolts right on (engineers have done their homework) and we don't have problems with installation or performance. Customer service is top notch, you can call your 800 number and everyone there that answers the phone knows your products top to bottom. Kudos on a stellar American made product. Keep up the good work.

Could not get a guarantee installation before going to pick up new trailer.. did it myself. VERY Easy to follow instructions.

This is the only gooseneck hitch I buy. I also own the tow and stow hitch. B&W makes quality hitches. There customer service is real good, had a question and they answered it right away.

I've had these hitches on my trucks for the last 15 yrs. They are great-pull a Fifth wheel with the Companion too and that is a simple and solid way to pull. Bought a Cummins 2005 recently and had the hitch installed. Only problem is that the latch release hits the bed flange coming out.

WOW this hitch is tough!!

This hitch was without a doubt the best, toughest, and most quality built product I have ever purchased for my truck. It is EXTREMELY strong, is built to exacting dimensions, and hugs the frame so tight it actually has made my truck worth more AND safer. The frame holes all lined up perfectly, installation went exactly as the instructions stated, and I am extremely satisfied with it. I recently saw a truck that flipped while pulling a trailer when it blew out a tire and ran off into a deep ditch, and the hitch actually kept the frame from being bent where the 1108 was installed. The frame of this thing is extremely tough and very thick, and I was truly impressed with it's attention to details in it's build. There are no shortcuts or weaknesses in this thing and if I ever have to sell my truck, you can bet the first thing I'll be installing on my new one is one of these babies. 110% satisfied and impressed!!
