I recently purchased a B&W hitch to go into the bed of a 2004 Dodge 2500. After the installation there was an issue with the hitch. Incidentally the issue has nothing to do with the workmanship because it is all first rate. Anyway I sent an e-mail explaining my issue and invited someone to contact me back. The next day "Jarick" called. He was very professional, listened to my concern, and worked with me to try and resolve my issue. The customer service at B&W is first class and that is what separates them from so many other businesses out there. If you are looking for a hitch give these folks a try and I really believe that you will not be disappointed

Just installed my second B&W hitch on my 2016 F-350 Platinum. Once again, the B&W quality is evident. I had to modify the instructions a bit first of all I loosened the bed bolts slightly and used a few pry bars between the frame and cross members to gain space to slide in the hitch cross members. I just couldn't bring myself to notch the pinch weld on the bed. B&W, this is not a highly technical operation for most installers, so why not include the option of loosening the bed rather than notching the pinch weld? I also had to drop the forward exhaust bracket to gain additional space above the tailpipe bend over the axle to install the center section, and the tail pipe lowering bracket has two holes to mount to the frame, but my 2016 only had one hole. It worked fine, so hopefully it will hold adequately with only one bolt. We plan on using our Companion to pull our fifth wheel and after using a competitors brand for one trip in a rental truck, the B&W is just much smoother and had has a more solid feel than that "factory" set up on a rented 2017 F-250. By the way B&W, how do I get a t shirt(s) for me and my family. On my last install you were out of 4x for this 6'6" guy, so are they back in stock now? Keep up the good work everybody.

Easy installation, one suggestion, rather than notch the side of the bed (didn't work anyway) loosen the bed bolts and raise the side of the bed 2". It was hard enough drilling a 4" hole in the bed of a month old truck. Jaw pivot pins on companion hitch aren't seated correctly and are digging into the Teflon plates for the pin box. I just emailed b w about this.

Best hitch out there I have had mine in my 2002 F250 since 2007 pulled 30,000lbs + on several occasions. Ball still comes out like the day I installed it, no wear. Very easy to install! I have ordered and installed several others for friends, and just ordered another today.

This hitch has been on my 1995 F-250 ever since I can remember. My grandpa bought it new and the hitch was installed by the dealer. This hitch has been going strong for the last 21 years and will keep working as long as the truck does

my truck is a 1996 Ford F350 with overload springs and the BW hitch I used was a 11-10. and calls for the drilling of two holes. My hitch required drilling four holes and you were two bolts short in the kit. What is torque on the 1" bolt.

I just gotta say, this is the BEST DANG HITCH IN THE WORLD. I know my B&W is only rated 20,000lbs but I haul a 36' toy hauler, with two 18ft tag-alongs behind it, carrying my ROCK BOUNCERS with my 2015 aluminum body Mega Cab Cummins (you know what I mean.) All I'm gonna say is, if you got a truck made to haul, get a B&W

Had a terrible wreck in which my horse trailer was hit by a speeding car. The trailer tore off my truck but the tongue stayed attached to my truck with a B&W Hitch! The ball and chains stayed put. Great product stands up to lots of force in the wrong direction.
